Re: Princess of Norland. I really, really hate characters who have nothing to do and no connections. Why do GMs even put them in? Character does not equal prop, and if you know that a real character might need an errand run, just let them fetch an NPC. For fuck's sake. There's nothing wrong with cutting characters who have no business being there. No rules against smaller games, after all.
