I know you're running a game - how much is prep/props for that likely to take over the room? (I know some GMs who just need space for a few boxes, while others basically explode their stuff all over the room.)

Seeing as it looks like HazCo already lined up a RoomShare, ChadCo does not have one at current, and will entertain negotiations with LiseCo.
