Oooh, clever bugger. Now that I've figured out what it is, it's blocking my access to antivirus/malware sites and redirecting me to spam.

However, it clearly didn't plan on me having access to my inamorata's computer, where I can simply bring over Malwarebytes on a thumb drive. =)

EDIT: Two minutes into the scan, and I have 13 infected files. Lord.
