I wanted to make a Katamari cousin doll. But I wondered if I could buy one instead, to save me the trouble.

Finally, as I was looking around on the internet, I saw this girl selling We Love Katamari cousin dolls. I was all "Oh, cool! I want one!"
But then I saw the dolls.
And they were ugly, and badly made, and about $75.

I was sad, because I was so excited at the prospect of having a Katamari cousin plushie. And then I looked at the dolls, and I thought: "Waitaminnit! I could still make those! The pattern is easy enough, and I could customize!"

So I thought that if I had enough time, I could make the dolls for people who didn't want to pay $75 for crappy no-options stuff.

Here's the plan: If I get enough people interested, I'll make custom dolls.
If you want the prince or a cousin, sure. If you want a custom one, like a pirate cousin or a zombie cousin, just let me know and I'll do my best. Custom colors, whatever. Cousin with wings? No problem! Justin Timberlake cousin? I might have to cry a little, but sure, I'd eventually make it.

So, anyone who might be interested in a doll, they'll probably cost $15-20 for the fabric, stuffing, etc. Extra accessories might be another few bucks, depending. I think I can even manage to make a stuffed Katamari, if people would prefer over/want in addition to the plushies.

The plushies'll have a tag attached, with the name of the cousin and copyright for Namco, all that. Obligatory stuff.

But this won't happen unless I get some people who'd actually want one. Leave a comment if you're interested!
