FREAKING PUZZLE

qedrakmar reminded me about -} this puzzle. {-
The way it works is somewhere on the page is the clue to the next number. The first is very straightforward, but the rest (or the ones I've gotten to) you have to type in the address directly, which means you have to think about the key. And sometimes, the hint is tricky to find! Have fun with 10 -> 11.
It's INFURIATING.
And I won't read the comments on his lj because someone might've posted an answer, and thus I was stuck for a while whenelenuial and I were trying to get past 13. And THAT one ( cut for hint spoil ) which pissed me off to no end.
So now, I'm stuck again on 17. I can't figure out what the hell the text has to do with 18. Erg.
And no hints! I'm determined to figure this out for myself.
...until I get too frustrated and say "Oh, fuck it. Tell me~!"
