The stuff I used on her eyes is called HIP - High Intensity Pigment. (http://www.drugstore.com/loreal-hip-high-intensity-pigments/qxb46035) You can find them at walgreens and CVS in more colors than that site, I think. It's pretty much pure color or pure glitter. It photographs really well and looks ridiculously awesome in person.
Word of warning though: it's a bitch to get off. As in, a couple rounds with makeup remover and sometimes even a facial scrub when it's on thick. But worth it for the color.
