Funny thing happened on the way to the front yard...

1. I got attacked by a bat. I kid you not - they're ADD at dusk, and one definitely smacked into me, clung to my shirt, then reoriented itself and took off.
- Bats are cute! Spazzy, tiny, but cute.
- I had to explain to the neighbors that a bat's wing was an extended arm, and it actually had finger-like appendages for gripping. It was pretty cool.

2. In the car on the way to CVS, I heard a techno remix of the Pirates of the Caribbean theme on the radio. Fun!

3. I discovered the Angst mix of Christina Aguilera's "Genie in a Bottle." It's actually pretty good - it conjures to mind what the song would sound like if Evanescence covered it. If anyone wants it, post in comments and I'll upload it.
