Creative angst

So, for gower's Pirates/Vikings game, I was making costume accessories out of random bits my mother had collected over the last few years. Old leather jackets, suede pants, that sort of thing. The treasure I found?

A soft black leather jacket with an inner lining of super-cozy black faux fur.

Jackpot, or so I thought until I started cutting it.

I AM NOW THE WOLFMAN. I'm literally covered in hairy bits from that godforsaken coat. I forgot how hard it is on your clothes when you work with faux fur. =/

That being said, does anyone have costuming needs that involve black leather/fur? You can totally have a chunk of the jacket.

Now to work on my costume for shadowravyn's game.
