Bowie finished shedding today, so I got to hold him for long periods of time again. He spent most of the day cuddling with me, and I was remarking to elenuial just how mellow he'd become since I'd brought him home those months ago. As we settled in for the night to watch something on the computer, my baby found his way back to his favorite perch.

So he chilled there for a while before starting to explore. He's gotten so assertive, and so tame - though still a brat. <3

Is it possible to train snakes to be house pets? After all, some people keep cats as mousers, you'd think a snake would be even better at getting at them.

Well, snakes only eat once a week, and get caught in small spaces. Plus, wild rodents carry parasites that most outdoor cats are OK with, but not captive snakes. =/
